Alexa rank Vs Page rank.


It is very important compareision both are contributing in desiding the value of perticular domain name.
I am writing this article based on my knowledge and my experiance so far in domain business.
Alexa rank depend on the criteria how many hits your website is getting in a 3months of time.it is calculated on the basis of avarage no of hits in three months of time.
While page rank is calculated on the basis of no fo back links your website having But this is not only the criteria.
If you want to buy domain name and if you have two choices one having good google page rank but not good alexa rank. second one having good alexa rank but not good page rank.than which one you prefer first.I came across this cituation many times.Than i go for the site having good alexa rank.Becuase if your site atrract more no of users than your site will defenatly get good page rank to but i think it is not a case of visa versa.
yes but if you want to make money fast by selling links on your website page than it is always recomanded to go for the site having good page rank.

It is general conception that page rank is calculated on the basis of how many number of backlinks are there linking to your website.I think it is realistic but while working on this topic i found many domains name having good google page rank but they does not have good number of backlinks.Which confuses me a lot.how this type of domain gets good page rank.So i think while calculating page rang google consider lots of other dimention which may be more important than having backlinks while desiding page rank.One of the important factor is Time.It is always recomanded to wait for at least six months getting good page rank.
